Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody from Blood

Rabbit QMab Service is based on the Qoolabs' QMab platform to quickly generate high affinity, high specificity monoclonal antibodies. The main features of the QMab platform are:

• Fast -- obtaining monoclonal antibodies in three weeks post blood harvest;
• No worry about losing the animal because you have to kill them to get the lymph tissues. Peripheral blood is used instead;
• Antibodies from multiple timepoints can be obtained. This allows you to profile the immuno response;
• Entire B cell reportoire is used for selection;
• Functional assies can be used to select clones;
• Highly diverse repertoires of VL and VH are obtained;
• High affinity, high specificity of the obtained monoclonal antibodies;
