QNow Rapid Biotin Quantitation Kit
The QNow® Rapid Biotin Quantitation Kit is a lateral flow immunochromatography based assay (LFIA) for the rapid quantification of biotin after protein biotinylation. The assay is easy to perform and is highly sensitive using only nanograms of protein to quantitate the biotin conjugation. The QNow® Rapid Biotin Quantitation kit may be used to quantitate biotin in biotinylated protein samples, such as biotinylated antibodies, recombinant proteins (in purified form or mixture), and other source of proteins.

Detection Range:
The optimal quantitation range of the Rapid Biotin Quantitation is 30nM to 500nM of biotin, equivalent to 0.225 ug/ml to 3.75 ug/ml antibody concentration for an antibody (150KD) that is biotinylated at 20:1 ratio.
